The project includes the renovation of the institutional building of the Esmeralda Club of Puerto Natales.

The building is a work of 1,121m2 located a couple of blocks from the center.

A third floor with rooms was added and the existing gym hall used for rallies and festivities was reused. The kitchen was enlarged and a reception was created.

The building was incorporated technology to recover rainwater, solar panels and wind energy, with what we hope will be a 100% sustainable building.
