The ice cream parlor is for an innovative chef with Huilliche ancestry, who has created ice creams of the most diverse origins, rescuing local flavors.

The ice cream parlor had to be delicate and at the same time represent the origins to indicate in advance the high symbolic value of the flavors that it creates.
